many of the group fitness classes out there have several major flaws.  first being their training ratios are inefficient and too large.  second is their focus is on the exercise and not the individual.  This is a fundamental flaw that is not only addressed but we take it a step further.


We implement our maximal aerobic performance training (MAP), Lactic movements, and Tabata training intervals to maximize caloric burn, aerobic conditioning, and general body composition.
